Planning and Administering
a Travel Buddy Project
Project Documentation
Throughout the project I kept a binder of all communication (messages, pamphlets, pictures, newspapers, and regional artifacts. I displayed pictures and materials that we received. I took pictures of our displays.
I spent major amounts of daily time refining and updating the webpage information, journal entries, and daily electronic mail components to our distribution list. I learned as I experimented with the project. The six months seemed to pass quickly.
There are two components of this type of project
- the technical aspects of setting up and running the project
- the educational application of using the framework of the travel buddy project to encompass student classroom activities.
I conclude that this type of project has immense potential for classroom use.
