Glaser-Rubin Wedding
Boston Daily Globe - March 5, 1900
The wedding of Miss Rossie Glaser, daughter of H. Glaser of this city, and Mr. Hyman Rubin of Cambridge took place last evening at Union Park hall. The ceremony was conducted according to the orthodox ritual, under a canopy, by Rev. H. Glaser, brother of the bride, in the presence of a very large gathering. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Etta Glaser, who acted as maid of honor. Mr. Nathan Glaser, brother of the bride, was the best man. The bride wore white brocaded satin, cut en traine, and trimmed with chiffon and pearl ornaments.

The bridesmaids were Misses Sarah and Annie Glaser, sisters of the bride; Belle Kabatznick, Dora E. Cohen, Mary, Annie and Lena Rubin, sisters of the groom, and Rose Baker. The ushers were Messrs. Charles Quint, M. Glaser, H. Morrison, J. Rubin, L. Rubin and H. Pole. Mrs. and Mrs. Rubin were presented by the Daughters of Zion of this city with a handsomely framed portrait of Dr. Herzl. The wedding supper followed. After a short wedding tour, Mr. and Mrs. Rubin will reside in Cambridge.
